The cinema is a folded continuous exposed concrete surface that covers a three-story underground parking. The surface adapts to the programmatic requirements it carries or houses: from the elevated underground parking entrance, to the sloped cinema plaza and the steep cinema seating, the covered bar, the solid street façade with a large hinged window and, finally, to the office and projection room on the second level. Parts of the surface are sliced to provide access to the cinema through the large entrance stairway and the exit ramp. The large screen and a smaller-size billboard that announces the film playing are added steel structures.
