Within a large ellipse -a reference to the notion of urban center that characterizes Omonoia Square- two spaces of flows of antithetical character are inscribed, the one perpendicular to the other. The first space is a new "urban space of information and dialogue" that develops along six large linear news-kiosks and under a 110 meter-long shed. The second space is an open-air "urban promenade" that is occasionally used for mass celebrations of the city.
